☠️ Scene Kid Collar ☠️

This collar was super fun to put together and gave me major scene kid vibes! Being a former scene kid myself, I'd pair this with an over the top band shirt, and some skinny jeans. The neck circumference is 16" with the elastic being super stretchy.
