🧸 Pastel kawaii 2 point jester hat 🎀

This hat is too sweet for its own good! Perfect for all the lolita kawaii decora kids out there. Someone also mentioned this is a very honk-shoo hat. This fabric is 100% recycled. There are little bears and hearts within the stripes and clowns, bears, and balls on the other side. The clowns are also uv reactive! The headband has pastel pink ribbon and pastel leopard print fleece 26" around. There are 3 of these available.
